Is the game supposed to launch a stardock registration application when I launch it from steam? I dont understand why the game is going thru steam and the stardock registration page when I purchased the game thru steam.Ģ. Include this log file if contactint supportġ. Please ensure the serial number entered is associated with the email you used and attempt to activate again. When the stardock registration gives the error msg it also opens up a notepad file that says:Īpplication start (followed by what looks like an IP address) It says something about it could be my firewall but I have my firewall disabled so I dont think that is the problem. After I do this the stardock program gives an error message and says the serial code in invalid and the game wont run. So I enter my email, password & my serial number (that I got by right clicking on the game from the steam library window). I have a valid stardock account from owning the original sins of a solar empire which I bought back when it came out and its valid because I can log into these forums with the same information. After downloading and installing the game a stardock account registration app pops up and asks for my stardock account and the serial # from the game on steam.
